# Yamini Rangan Scholarship
(2) Full Tuition Scholarships available in 2026
Yamini Rangan was described as “otherworldly” — an enlightened leader whose impact transcends titles. As CEO of HubSpot, a devoted wife and mother, and a fierce advocate for authentic leadership, Yamini embodies the kind of role model #GirlsClub was built to celebrate. Her generous support of two full scholarships for our 2026 Cohorts is just one more way she’s shaping the future of women in leadership.

The Yamini Rangan Scholarship Recipients
The recipients of the Yamini Rangan Scholarships will be someone who leads with intention, empathy, and purpose.
She may not have the loudest voice in the room, but she will stand out through her clarity, curiosity, and commitment to growth. This scholarship is for a woman who aspires to lead not just through authority, but through authenticity — someone who lifts others as she rises and envisions leadership as a way to create positive, lasting impact in her work and in the world.
Yamini Rangan serves as a #GirlsClub Thought Leader and a guiding presence for future female leaders. As the CEO of HubSpot, she has not only scaled one of the world’s top SaaS companies but also reshaped what modern leadership looks like — balancing results with empathy, and strategy with soul.
Under her leadership, HubSpot has launched transformative cultural initiatives like No-Meeting Fridays, Global Week of Rest, and the now-famous “customer over company over team over self” mantra. Yamini leads with clarity and compassion, advocating for environments where both people and customers flourish. She champions qualities like growth mindset, resilience, and selfless leadership — encouraging others to stay curious, humble, and committed to evolving every single day.
In her own words, life isn’t always “up and to the right,” and leadership is about showing up with grit, learning through challenges, and focusing on collective wins.
Yamini has generously provided two full-tuition scholarships and is a proud supporter of the 2026 #GirlsClub Cohorts, investing in the next generation of women who lead with intention, authenticity, and strength.
